Hangar Waitlist

DC Metro Aviation Services maintains separate waitlists for T-Hangars, Shared Hangars, and Corporate Hangars at Montgomery County Airpark (KGAI).
A completed request form and deposit are required to be added to the waitlist.

How It Works

Pulling directly from your provided policy:

A $495 deposit is required to join the waitlist (applied to first month’s rent)
A $10 annual fee is due each January 1 to remain on the list
Waitlists are maintained by hangar type (T, Shared, Corporate)
Hangars are offered in order as they become available
You must respond within 5 business days or you will be skipped (but keep your
place)

Important Policies

Shared hangars may be offered based on aircraft compatibility
Long-term subleasing is not permitted
All hangar use must comply with FAA policy
Deposits are refundable if you request removal from the list

publicly available and updated monthly:

Waitlist number
First name and last initial
Aircraft type
Hangar type requested
Date of deposit
