TSS FLYING CLUB

TSS Flying Club is a non-profit flying club located at Montgomery County Airpark (KGAI) in Gaithersburg, MD. We provide our members partial-ownership in a fleet of well-maintained airplanes with modern avionics. In addition to affordable flying, TSS also provides opportunities for shared flights, group trips, and social events.

CONGRESSIONAL FLYING CLUB

The Congressional Flying Club is a non-profit organization devoted to providing its members a safe, reliable, and affordable means to fly General Aviation aircraft. The name comes from the location of the club’s original founding at Congressional Airport in Rockville, Maryland (now Congressional Shopping Center). THE INN FLYING CLUB

The Inn Flying Club is based at the Montgomery County Airpark (KGAI) in Gaithersburg, MD and serves the needs of both pilots and student pilots in the greater Washington metropolitan area. 

For over 40 years, the Inn Flying Club has offered our community the flying experience they want at a price they can afford. The Inn Flying Club is organized as a shared ownership, non-profit alternative to aircraft rental.

Their mission is to provide pilots with well-maintained, well-equipped airplanes at a very affordable cost.

OCTOPUS FLYING CLUB

Octopus Flying Club

The Octopus Flying Club, Inc. is a not-for-profit flying club, established on September 27, 1962. They operate a fleet of four aircraft, based at Montgomery County Airpark in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Membership

Membership is open to any qualified pilot and a limited number of student pilots seeking to obtain a pilot license. Total club membership is limited in our by-laws to ensure members have access to our fleet. Members who are student pilots engage a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) of their choosing and must comply with all applicable FAA regulations and the club insurance policy. Members pay a refundable membership deposit of $1200 as outlined in their by-laws. Monthly dues are collected to cover the fixed costs of the club. Flight time is charged on an hourly basis, as used.
