sfz salon series – Art Song

Kentlands Mansion | 07:30 PM – 09:30 PM

A fusion of classical, contemporary and experimental chamber music in an intimate setting, the “sfz salon series” is named after the “Sforzando,” (sfz) a strong, sudden accent on a note or chord. This series encourages a creative dialog between artists and audience. Each program features distinctive wines paired with the music of the evening. Join us for an evening to remember.

Award winning mezzo-soprano, Kate Jackman, performs a rich concert of Art Songs featuring music from Schubert to Schoenberg. Alex Peh, brilliant pianist and sfz curator, provides fascinating background information.
